- What do I need to do to get ready for my appointment?

Please have the home decluttered and staged to your liking. Lights should be on and we ask that homeowners (and pets) step away during the photoshoot. We find that homes with clearer countertops, organized belongings (when applicable) and no cars in the driveway always look better in photographs.
- What if I need an appointment outside of the availability on the scheduler?

We make every effort to accommodate your schedule but if you need a specific time slot that isn't listed, please reach out to danielle@indigophotodesign.com.
- When will I receive my photos?

Real estate photographs will be ready the next day unless otherwise noted.
Design photographs are typically ready with 48 hours after the session.
You will receive an email when your photographs are ready for download with instructions on how to access and download.
- What is the are you service?

We serve the greater San Diego California area and surrounding suburbs. For areas outside of this region please contact danielle@indigophotodesign.com
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, cancellations and reschedules are accepted with 24 hours notice with no fee. A $25 fee will be applied to cancellations and reschedules within a 24 hour window. If weather is an issue, there is no charge to cancel or reschedule.
- Do you offer twilight photography?
